If a product is faulty or has been damaged so that the contents within cannot be used, please inform us within 7 working days of order so that we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
If you wish to return the faulty or damaged items, call us and we will make arrangements to collect the goods at our cost.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once we have received the goods back (in the case of a return), or agreed a refund with you, this can take some time. Refunds are controlled by your bank or card issuer, so there may be some delay until funds show on your account.
